REFUND POLICY
At Edens Hawaii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
Return Process:
- You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for your return. Edens Hawaii is not responsible for packages lost or not received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at edenshawaii@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items—including dresses, sarongs, hula skirts, fabrics, and similar products—are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
- Please note: Items in white are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the nature of white fabric, these items are highly susceptible to staining or damage during try-on.
- Final sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team with your order number immediately upon receiving your package, and we will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, the return or exchange will be canceled, and the item will not be sent back to you.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

- If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria for return, the exchange will be canceled, and we will not be responsible for sending it back.
- A 10% restocking fee and shipping charge will be applied before processing the refund.
