REFUND POLICY

At Edens Hawaii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not 100% happy, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Return Process:

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for your return. Edens Hawaii is not responsible for packages lost or not received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at edenshawaii@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made items such as dresses, sarongs, hula skirts, fabrics, etc., cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact our customer service team with your order number for assistance.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes:

  • If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria for return, the exchange will be canceled, and we will not be responsible for sending it back.
  • A 10% restocking fee and shipping charge will be applied before processing the refund.
