If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 7 days upon receiving the package. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and ship return back to us within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Edens Hawaii is not responsible for packages not received.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a email confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that Custom-made items such as dresses, sarong, hula skirts, fabric etc... cannot be returned unless item is defective. If you feel you received a defective item please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will be able to assist you further.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
* Please note that as per our policy, we do not cover shipping fees for order cancellations due to change of mind. Our shipping fees are non-refundable, and we will be unable to issue a refund for the shipping costs in this case.
